As part of the expansion of our Customer Service Department, we are looking for a Customer Support Agent – Fluent English based in Tangier.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the main point of contact between BeLOCUM and its clients, ensuring professional, efficient, and customer-focused service.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions in line with company policies and procedures
Ensure accurate follow-up of customer requests to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, IT, Talent Management) to resolve complex cases
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer experience
Meet response time targets and quality standards.
