Our client, a globally recognized leader in security and defense technologies, is strengthening its teams as part of high-value strategic projects dedicated to the defense sector.

In this context, we are recruiting a Field Technical Support & Systems Integration Engineer, working on complex solutions integrating electromechanical systems, radio frequency (RF) technologies, embedded equipment, and mobile platforms.

The position is based in the Rabat region.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide technical support during system integration and deployment phases at customer sites.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on deployed equipment.

• Carry out software updates and execute system testing procedures prior to delivery.

• Diagnose and resolve complex malfunctions on electromechanical and RF systems.

• Act as the on-site technical and logistical point of contact.

• Deliver training to end users on system operation and maintenance.

• Participate in the integration and assembly of equipment on mobile platforms (trucks, shelters, trailers).

Profil recherché

Profile

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of complex electromechanical systems.

• Knowledge of RF systems, AC/DC generators, high-power amplifiers, antennas, routers, and wireless data transmission systems.

• Experience in a military or defense environment is highly appreciated.

• Strong technical mindset with a hands-on approach.

• Excellent written and verbal English skills.

• National and international mobility depending on project requirements.

• Ability to train customers and work autonomously in demanding environments.
