About the Role In this role, you will support our business clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and the overall value of the partnership. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience to a business customer portfolio.
- Analyze client needs and recommend solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Strengthen customer loyalty and improve overall client satisfaction.
- Promote and showcase the company's products and services.
- Identify customer retention opportunities and optimize service offerings.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally and effectively.
- Meet performance targets related to quality, customer satisfaction, and business results.

- Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-focused mindset with a commitment to achieving results.
- Ability to influence decisions and effectively handle customer objections.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Previous experience in customer service, customer retention, loyalty programs, sales, or B2B account management is highly preferred.
