Vos missions
Job Responsibilities:
1. Interface with clients and Chinese teams in Arabic, English, and French, ensuring accurate order information relay; collaborate with logistics, finance, and other departments to resolve exceptions and facilitate business operations.
2. Track end-to-end order execution (from confirmation to delivery), coordinate production and logistics to ensure on-time completion; monitor progress, proactively flag delays/quality issues, and implement solutions.
3. Prepare and verify commercial invoices and shipping documents; liaise with logistics providers, update shipment status daily, and ensure traceability through system data entry.
4. Independently handle invoice submission, account reconciliation, and payment follow-up; align data with finance teams, address payment discrepancies, and support AR management.
Required profile :
Profil recherché
Qualifications:
1. BAC+3 or equivalent degree (Bachelor’s level).
2. 3+ years in order follow-up or international trade, with expertise in end-to-end order execution.
3. Full professional proficiency in Arabic, English, and French (written and spoken); Chinese proficiency is a strong plus.
4. Proficient in logistics data tracking and system operations; basic financial knowledge with ability to independently submit invoices and reconcile accounts.
