Vos missions

Join a fast-growing company in the Automotive Industry as our next Engagement & Communication Responsible in Meknès.
In this role, you’ll drive how our brand shows up building strong connections, creating engaging content, and making sure our message reaches the right people.


What you’ll do:

  • Develop and deliver internal communication strategies aligned with business objectives and with regional calendar, aligned with YEMEA Communications
  • Create engaging content for internal channels (email, intranet, newsletters, town halls, presentations) – regular basis and upon request/ special projects
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, campaigns, and events
  • Partner with HR, leadership, and managers to support communication, culture initiatives, employee development and internal mobility programs
  • Measure engagement and communication effectiveness through surveys, feedback, and analytics, respecting YEMEA frame
  • Support employer branding and internal storytelling through defined channels or initiate new ones
  • Ensure messaging is consistent, inclusive, and aligned with company values

Profil recherché

To succeed in this role, you should have a :

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5 or higher), ideally in HR Management , Communication, Advertising, PR, or a related field.
  • You bring 3 to 5 years of experience in HR development , communication , Hiring or Training with automotive industry experience as a strong plus.

What you bring:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is mandatory
  • Solid command of digital communication tools (social media, content creation, analytics)
  • Ability to build creative, effective communication strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship management
  • Autonomy, organization, and attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset with a hands-on approach
  • Team spirit and initiative
  • Knowledge of the automotive sector is a plus
