Vos missions
As a Loyalty Service & Sales Representative, you will handle customer interactions related to order tracking while also identifying opportunities to promote and sell additional products or services.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls related to order status and delivery updates;
- Provide accurate information regarding orders, shipments, delays, and resolutions;
- Identify customer needs and proactively propose relevant products or services (upselling & cross-selling);
- Promote ongoing offers, new products, or complementary services during customer interactions;
- Handle customer complaints and ensure effective and timely resolution.
