Vos missions
Missions
XMA BPO is a subsidiary of a Canadian group headquartered in Montreal.We are recruiting call center agents (M/F) for outbound calls:
-Lead generation: generating high-quality leads.
-Prospecting and targeting: identifying and targeting potential customers in the Canadian market.
-Appointment scheduling and calendar management.
-Implementing weekly and monthly reporting.
