Vos missions
- Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
- Participate in the design and optimization of insurance process
- Collaborate closely with IT teams to ensure proper implementation of solutions
- Support testing phases and validate deliverables
- Contribute to data analysis and reporting when required
- Ensure consistency and alignment between business objectives and technical solutions

Facilitate workshops and meetings with both business and technical teams
Profil recherché
- 5 to 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Mandatory experience in the insurance industry (life, non-life, claims, underwriting, finance…)
- Strong understanding of insurance processes and business models
- Experience working on IT or/and data driven projects
- Solid skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and process modeling
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SaFe)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder managements skills
- Ability to work in complex, fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Proactive mindset and attention to detail
