It's a bilingual (French AND English) position for the Canadian market.
You'll have to handle inbound and outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
We're looking for agents that speak French and English fluently (B2 min in French and B1 min in English)
you must have a previous experience in call center.
you must be comfortable with night shifts as we offer 24/7 support to our clients.
