Vos missions

XMA BPO is a subsidiary of a Canadian group headquartered in Montreal.
We are currently seeking English-Speaking Administrative Agents with a background in Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent), or any other relevant professional experience in similar roles.
The selected candidates will play a key role in ensuring operational continuity, compliance, and efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage new store openings in collaboration with Paul.
• Manage POS system operations in collaboration with Marc.
• Validating shipping rates.
• Managing shipping for the entire company.
• Performing other related tasks to be defined after hiring.
• Coordinating and managing company operations in collaboration with all employees

Requirements
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• A good working knowledge of QuickBooks, the software used in Canada.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and accounting software
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and organized manner
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
