Key Responsibilities:
1. Contract Management
•Process and document contracts end‑to‑end.
• Liaise with customers via email, phone, or video.
•Coordinate onboarding with internal departments (After‑Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Transport)
2. B2B Accounts Setup & Data Excellence
• Create and maintain customer accounts in customer database.
•Ensure data consistency and integrity.
•Manage database cleanup and quality checks
3. Operational & Administrative Business Support
• Support commercial and acquisition activities.
•Collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
•Contribute to efficiency and process improvement.
