Tectra is recruiting an operations supervisor for its maritime client in Mohammedia !

Are you organized, proactive, and ready to coordinate vessel operations? Join our fast-growing shipping agency and work directly with ship owners, charterers, and port authorities. Maritime experience is a plus, but not required – we value drive, problem-solving, and teamwork!
🔹 Key Responsibilities
-Supervise vessel arrivals, berthing, cargo operations & departures
-Coordinate between port office, boarding officers & vessels
-Liaise with Masters, ship owners, charterers & terminals
-Manage operational services: pilotage, bunkering, crew changes, husbandry, supplies
-Prepare reports & operational updates for management & clients
-Resolve operational issues efficiently
🔹 Requirements
-Degree/diploma in Maritime Transport, Logistics, or related field
-Maritime/shipping experience is desirable but not mandatory
-Strong coordination, communication & organizational skills
-Able to thrive in a fast-paced operational environment
