Vos missions
The Associate Data Science Manager Is Responsible For :
• Implementing and evolving the data domains and products required to support the needs of the company.
• Play a part in driving change management and process improvement.
• Work collaboratively with product management to create a roadmap and deliver on capabilities to increase the velocity of engineering teams.
• Ensuring team cohesion and motivation
• Designing, developing, and implementing methods, processes and systems to consolidate and analyze diverse data sets including structured and unstructured.
• Managing the daily operational activities that develop and implement tactical plans for specified area. Oversees team(s) assigned to projects and may manage implementations.
• Ensuring resources are accurately allocated in line with tactical plans and appropriately accounted for.
• Providing SMART objectives for the team and ensure its achievement
• Preparing clear career path for the team
• Providing the right support to operation ensuring clear work instruction and process definition by helping identify process deficiencies and leads the implementation of effective solutions.
• Ensuring agile SCRUM
• Delivering work products consistently, on time and on budget
• Ensuring the recruitement needs of the project
Profil recherché
• Master's Degree in Data Science, Computer Engineering, IT Project Management or related field;
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering;
• minimum 2-3 years in project management;
• Fluent in English & French;
• Curious, honest, ambitious, team-oriented, innovative, rigorous, and entrepreneurship mindset;
