Vos missions
As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will handle customer interactions related to order tracking while also identifying opportunities to promote and sell additional products or services.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls related to order status and delivery updates;
- Provide accurate information regarding orders, shipments, delays, and resolutions;
- Identify customer needs and proactively propose relevant products or services (upselling & cross-selling);
- Promote ongoing offers, new products, or complementary services during customer interactions;
- Handle customer complaints and ensure effective and timely resolution.
Profil recherché
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or telesales role preferred;
- Experience in sales or commercial activities is a strong advantage;
- Strong communication skills in French and English (spoken and written);
- Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills;
- Good command of CRM tools and basic IT skills;
- Results-oriented with the ability to meet both service and sales KPIs;
- Dynamic, confident, and proactive;
- Persuasive with a positive attitude.
