TELUS International is seeking motivated Outbound Sales Representatives to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will engage with potential customers to promote and sell our industry-leading products and services. Your ability to communicate fluently in both French and English will be crucial in serving our diverse client base.



Key Responsibilities:



Outbound Calling: Initiate and manage outbound sales calls to existing customers across various markets, effectively promoting TELUS International's products and services.
Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets by identifying opportunities, closing sales, and upselling where appropriate.
CRM Management: Accurately record and manage customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.
Bilingual Communication: Communicate fluently in both French and English, ensuring clear and effective communication with customers in their preferred language.
Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TELUS International's offerings, market trends, and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members, including Sales Managers and other departments, to optimize the sales process and customer experience.

Profil recherché

Qualifications:



Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in French and English (both verbal and written) is mandatory.
Sales Experience: Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role is required.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence.
Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle objections and challenges with a positive, solutions-oriented approach.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
