Vos missions
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and digital channels
- Sell customized travel packages to individual and family travelers.
- Understand customer needs, budgets, and travel preferences.
- Follow up on leads and close sales.
- Coordinate bookings with internal teams and suppliers.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
Profil recherché
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in travel or hospitality sales.
- Proven experience in B2C sales.
- Familiarity with GCC customer expectations preferred.
- Fluency in Arabic (Gulf dialects preferred) and English.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
