Vos missions
Profil recherché
Design, build, and maintain infrastructure services and DevOps tooling accross OpenShift and GCP environments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and optimize CI/CD pipelines, GitLab workflows, and deployment infrastructure
Work with container orchestration platforms such as OpenShift and Kubernetes, ensuring high availability and reliability
Contribute to automation, observability, and reliability initiatives across the platform using New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack
Lead and mentor team members in DevOps practices, fostering a culture of learning, automation, and continuous improvement
Implement scalable systems and tools to automate repetitive tasks, streamline operations, and reduce manual toil
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvements in DORA metrics (Deployment Frequency, Lead Time, Change Failure Rate, MTTR)
Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify areas for optimization, security hardening, and operational efficiency gains
Stay up to date on latest DevOps technologies, tools, and industry trends, serving as a subject matter expert for the organization
