-> Key Responsibilities :

• Prospect healthcare facilities across Canada through outbound calls and multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, etc.), entirely in English.
• Present and promote our platform to English-speaking decision-makers.
• Understand client needs, overcome objections, and manage the full sales cycle through to closing.
• Support new clients during onboarding and ensure successful adoption of the platform.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, HR, Onboarding) to deliver a seamless client experience.

Profil recherché

-> Profile Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a call center, telemarketing, or business development role.
• Native or near-native fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills with an excellent phone presence.
• Highly organized, autonomous, and results-driven.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and tracking performance metrics.
• French is an asset but not required.
