Vos missions
- Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
- Participate in the design and optimization of insurance process
- Collaborate closely with IT teams to ensure proper implementation of solutions
- Support testing phases and validate deliverables
- Contribute to data analysis and reporting when required
- Ensure consistency and alignment between business objectives and technical solutions

Facilitate workshops and meetings with both business and technical teams
Profil recherché
- Master’s degree (or equivalent), with a minimum of 5 years’ experience, preferably within the banking or insurance sector
- Experience as a Business Analyst in the General insurance of Financial Services domain
- Able to elicit comprehensive requirements and achieve consensus from stakeholders using a variety of analysis techniques, including workshop facilitation
- Solid experience creating Epics and User Stories using Confluence and Jira
- Good understanding of Use Cases, Value Streams, and Personas
- Can apply recognised industry standard modelling techniques including data modelling and BPMN
- Great stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- An agile mindset, with a flexible and adaptable approach to delivering against business priorities
- Able to work autonomously with minimal day to day direction and to support more junior members of the team in their work
